Emergency services are at the scene of a collision on the M4 near Cardiff this evening, with drivers being warned to expect delays. Traffic Wales has confirmed that a lane closure is currently in place on the westbound carriageway between Junction 32 Coryton and Junction 33 Capel Llanilltern. Changes to train ticket refund rules will come into force next month, affecting passengers across Wales and the rest of the UK.
