Plans for a major new office development that will help further boost footfall and spending in Swansea city centre have taken another step forward. Swansea Council has appointed Andrew Scott Ltd to carry out detailed designs and market testing to develop best value for the scheme, which is planned for an area adjacent to the former St David’s Shopping Centre site.
