Three helpless rabbits have been found dumped at a Morrisons supermarket in Barry. RSPCA Cymru was alerted shortly after a member of the public reported finding the rabbits last Tuesday (10 March), at Waterfront Retail Park in the Vale of Glamorgan town. Two of the rabbits were found inside a supermarket trolley, with a third in a crisp box placed in the trolley. The 2020 North Wales Rally Services Rally North Wales, planned for March 28, has been postponed following the latest directive from the sport’s governing body. Motorsport UK has suspended all organising permits with immediate effect due to the Covid-19 situation. Organisers have scheduled a new, provisional date of Saturday, November 21 for the Dolgellau based rally. The finals of the 2020 National and Junior Chef of Wales competitions, which were due to have been held at Cardiff and Vale College City Campus in Cardiff on March 30 have been postponed for at least four months. Cardiff and Vale’s first paramedic practitioner, Vivian Carley, has achieved an Independent Prescribing qualification, thanks to Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Mr Carley, who resides at Llantwit Fadre, has been working in the urgent care out-of-hours centre at Cardiff Royal Infirmary since 2018.
