A Cardiff landlord has been fined just under £1,000 after serious safety failings were discovered at a rental property in Canton. More than 5,000 counterfeit cigarettes, tobacco products and cannabis vapes have been seized from a shop in Roath, Cardiff, following a police raid. According to South Wales Police, officers attended the premises after witnessing suspicious activity.
