Visitors and residents are being reminded to stay at least 100 metres away from marine wildlife, including dolphins, seals and birds, along Cardigan Bay. The North and West Wales Marine Code in Cardigan Bay advises people to stay at least the length of a football pitch away from any wildlife on the water, cliffs or shore. A 41-year-old man from Penylan, Cardiff, has been charged with murder; preventing lawful and decent burial of a dead body and assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm. South Wales Police is investigating the disappearance of a 37-year-old woman from the Cathays area of Cardiff. Paria Veisi hasn’t been seen since approximately 3pm on Saturday, April 12, when she left her place of work in Canton. She was reported missing the following day. A Denbighshire-based construction firm’s five-year strategic growth plan is on the right track after turnover increased by more than 25 per cent. Wynne Construction announced that revenue reached £91m in the 12 months to 31 July 2024, a figure which is up from £71m in the previous financial year.
