Caerphilly Council has secured £1m from Welsh Government’s Community Focussed Schools capital grant for the installation of a full size dual use rugby and football 3G pitch replacing the existing Artificial Turf Pitch (ATP) at Risca Comprehensive School and Leisure Centre.
