Chris Gunter has named his Cymru squad for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship finals, which will be held in north Wales this summer. Gunter has selected a 20-player squad to represent Cymru at the tournament, marking the nation’s fourth appearance at a men’s intermediate age group finals. Three people have been jailed after being sentenced for multiple drugs offences. Gerwyn Hussey, 34 from Aberdare was sentenced to five years in prison following his conviction. Amie Dare, 34 from Aberdare was sentenced to three years and six months in prison following her conviction. Kirk Howells, 43 from Hirwaun was sentenced to four years in prison following his conviction. Egni Cydweithredol Cyfyngedig (Egni Co-op), the community energy organisation developing rooftop solar installations, has secured a loan of almost £1.4 million from the Development Bank of Wales to deliver around 2MW of new community-owned rooftop solar projects across Wales. The £1.4 million investment from the Development Bank’s Local Energy Fund will support the construction and commissioning of new rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) installations on sites including schools and public buildings, helping reduce energy costs, lower carbon emissions and generate long-term community benefits.
