Welsh Ministers have approved a milestone application to create an 85MW wind farm and energy storage facility in Garn Fach, south of Newton in Powys. A man has been jailed after racially abusing a woman in Caernarfon. Michael Owen Williams, of Dolfor, Pwllheli, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Tuesday October 22nd after admitting to racially aggravated harassment and breaching a sexual offences prevention order (SOPO). On August 9th, a woman was at Caernarfon bus station with her children when 36-year-old Williams approached her and began racially abusing her unprovoked. Denbighshire County Council have completed works on the Four Great Highways project in Llangollen. A special ground-breaking ceremony has marked the start of construction of the new home for Willows High School.
