RSPCA Cymru has launched an appeal for information after a pigeon was shot with an air gun in Milford Haven. The injured pigeon was found on Charles Street on 21 April by a member of the public and was taken to All Pets Vet Care. This incident follows a previous RSPCA appeal as several cats have also been shot by an air gun in the Hakin area in March. Tragically, at least one cat died and three were injured. A large cannabis factory containing up to 120 plants has been uncovered at a property in Briton Ferry following information provided by the local community. South Wales Police said officers obtained an emergency search warrant over the weekend to enter a property on Middleton Street after receiving intelligence from members of the public. When officers entered the property, they discovered between 100 and 120 cannabis plants being cultivated inside. Police said the smell from the grow could be detected strongly from the street. Three people have been arrested following dawn raids carried out by South Wales Police as part of an investigation into organised crime in Swansea. Officers from the Swansea organised crime team, supported by specialist officers, executed three warrants yesterday morning. A 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, both from Mount Pleasant, along with a 49-year-old woman from Townhill, were arrested in connection with organised crime offences. South Wales Police have renewed their appeal to trace a man wanted in connection with the murder of a teenager in Cardiff more than 16 years ago. The charity Crimestoppers has also renewed a reward of up to £10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mohammed Ali Ege, who remains wanted over the murder of 17-year-old Aamir Siddiqi. Aamir died at his home in Ninian Road, Roath, on April 11, 2010, after suffering multiple stab wounds.
